S.P.In.has been working into theimage processingfield for some years, designing as well asdeveloping complete systems.

Company actyvity in the last three years have been based mainly on new system designing for the industrial market, either for process controllingand for quality control. Systems work on high personal computer (Pentium) or DSP Texas (TMS320C30).

The activity is based on three main fields:

Quality control on the wood industry
Quality control on serial products
Dimensional checking 2D e 3D without contact and integrity control;
Vision systems for "pick and place" robots
Vision systems for checking varnishing robots and cutting engines.
Colorimetry e Imaging Spectography
Identification and authomatical reading of 1D and 2D codes,
microDOTS and custom on distribution line.
