The company moved to Vicenza since June '94, since then it has improved his work into Image Processing into the industrial applications, a key technological challange to keep each company up to date with the high standards that market need.

S.P.In. can produce powerful systems, flexible and economic, thanks to its collaboration with high quilified technological partners such are EG&G Reticon for linear sensors and cameras and Texas Instruments and Electronic Tools for embedded systems multiprocessor on DSP.

Between 1996 and 1997 several systems for industrial production have been created.

Wood industry : pointing out system for lumps and faults of cutting-off machine;
Mechanical industry: quality control on fittings, trifles, process control for soldering lines;
Textile industry: pointing out system for classification of faults and check up of the yarn;
Confectionery: vison based pick and place system, for goods wrapping;
Manufacturing industry: checking out forprint cenetring on label and plastic tops;
Biomedical industry: reading system for bidimensional microdots code, on analysis test tube.

For needs S.P.In. developped powerful and sensitive vision systems, suitable for several needs into mass production, control and automation fields.

ValueLine, EasyLine, SmartLine: linear cameras with high suitability, available with DSP on boar.
SmartLight e RainbowLight: solid-state lighting system, reliable for stroboscopic or monochromatic light.
VideoEngine: DSP-based video processor for Visual Inspection and interface with other sensors and automation systems.
IXpector: X radio inspection system for industrial application.
